Ken passed away peacefully on February 9, 2025 after a courageous and exhausting battle with advanced metastatic prostate cancer.
Eighteen days ago, Mary and Ken made the decision to use Cornerstone Hospice, as his body was failing and he could no longer tolerate being constantly “poked, prodded, and stuck”.
Hospice honored his wish for comfort and peace, allowing him to be free of pain, while surrounded by my love, as I was constantly by his side.
Rest in peace, my love. You are now free from the weariness of your body, and I know your spirit will soar.
Ken was famous for his quick wit, humor, one-liners, and his “Ken’isms”. And a skilled and challenging Pickleball player right up until the end.
